I faced many problems from the first month of purchase, it seems that Gorox Electric has sold me a used okinawa scooter.

Okinawa Scooters are expensive and looking at the performance they do not deserve the price tag. Okinawa Company manufactures and sells cheap quality scooters and does not provide proper aftersales services. The company does not even listen to the complaints of customers

Okinawa Autotech is cheating customers in the name of a made in India campaign and the government is not taking any action against the company.

I purchased an okinawa scooter almost 1 year ago from Gorox Electric and within 10 days I began to face multiple issues. Handle lock problem, Battery under performing,  MCB malfunction and more. Gorox Electric refused to replace/refund and did not provide any aftersales services.  Rocky Sharma the owner of the agency filed a complaint against me for writing negative reviews. Now tell me, can't I even write a review after getting cheated.

People who are planning to buy an Okinawa scooter should read all these reviews before making a final decision. Otherwise they will waste their time, money and regret later. Most of the okinawa users are suggesting to not buy okinawa scooters.

In your case at least the dealer was honest and returned the excess amount of money. Gorox Electric sold me a defective scooter at a higher price and even refused to provide any aftersales service.  And When I wrote a review, Rocky Sharma the owner of the agency filed a complaint against me. Just look at the level of cruelty.
